At Correlux, we have trademarked our moniker Because It MattersTM because we feel strongly that one’s belief system should not be enslaved by one’s work, and also that a business should proudly state its values and then go about living up to them.
So, here are some of the things that we at Correlux believe matter: Choices & Consequences, Curiosity & Creativity, Craftsmanship, Character, Credibility, Convictions, Courage, Conscience, Commitment, Civility, Compassion, Charity, Culture, Community, Compliance, Conservation, Consensus, Change, Communication, Candor, Clarity, Consistency, Courtesy, and last but not least, Competition & Capitalism.
Although our list of things that matter are in no particular order, the first and last require a few additional words:
- We pledge to do our very best not to source from countries that are hostile to Liberty. We are not unrealistic and we know that in some instances doing so will be impossible. We are also aware of the fact that many of the raw materials and or components used in our finished products do not meet this standard. Nevertheless, we believe this matters and we will do all we can to not reward those opposed to our greater mission.

- Whether we want to admit it or not, we erode Capitalism when we do not safeguard Competition. Our industry is no exception.
These things – these ideas and concepts, these principles – each matter, and we intend to build our brand on these principles. And, yes, we know we are setting our bar very high.
Regarding the Correlux logo, CX intentionally comes with meaning…
Aside from the standard meaning of CX, Customer Experience, our "C" stands for the first letter of Correlux and in a broader sense it symbolizes our values – the things that matter.
And while the "X" is obviously the last letter in Correlux, it also signifies something greater. If we do our job and meet expectations, our "X" will become synonymous with our dedication to excellence.
